Take a look before you book! We’ve got a few things we want you to know before your stay at Oak Haven Oasis.

Summer Policy

*May (28th) – September*

If you are looking to book your stay between these dates on any given weekend (Fri-Sun) we would like you to be aware that there may be a wedding proceeding next door at the Oakland Estate Wedding Venue. DJ music may be heard until 1AM. By agreeing to this disclaimer, you consent to this possibility. If this is an issue, feel free to book on any weekday as there will be no weddings ongoing.

In order to receive a full refund, cancellations must be made 14 days before the date of the booking. No shows will be charged the full amount of the stay booked.

Poor weather conditions will not permit cancellations or refunds, unless we believe the conditions make your stay with us unsafe.

100% of the payment will be due at the time of booking. We require a two night minimum stay.

Check-in and check-outs are designated for Monday, Wednesday and Fridays.

A damage deposit of $250 will be pre-authorized on your credit card the day before your stay. The preauthorization will be valid for 10 days. If we do not claim any charges for damages after your stay, the pre-authorization will expire.

No smoking, no pets. No one not included in the reservation is permitted to stay overnight. Out of respect for our other guests, we request noise be kept to a minimum.

Check-in will be at 4pm, Check-out by 10am. A reminder email will be sent to you 7 days before your booking; this will include what to bring and what is included in your stay. Within 24 hours of your stay an email containing your WIFI and lockbox password, to gain entry to your dome, will be sent out to you.

*In making a reservation with Oak Haven Oasis you acknowledge that we reserve the right to cancel your stay with us at any time due to severe weather conditions, mechanical difficulties, or any other unforeseen circumstances.

In making a reservation with Oak Haven Oasis you agree to hold Oak Haven Oasis entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility, for injuries, bodily harm or death that may occur to any guest(s) during your stay.
